Kayla Ray

Hi, my name is Kayla. I'm 17 years old. I'm also a senior #2022! My plans after I graduate are to attend community college for two years and then transfer to a university to achieve my Bachelor's in Nursing. After I complete my degree I plan on furthering my career to become a Travel Nurse!

Reflection

Web Design was by far one of my favorite classes! as the semester progressed I feel like overall the class wasn't hard at all. All you had to do was focus I would say the most challenging part was trying to keep up. I'm a very detailed person so it was hard trying to make a good website in time. The most enjoyable part for me was probably making my own websites and seeing them in action. For future students my advice would be is to pay attention and let your creativity run free.

Resources

1. W3Schools :I feel like W3Schools is very helpful. This is by far my favorite resource that I use. I will say it's only good if you actually know the content because it basically gives you a template on whatever you need but, if you don't know the content it's not very helpful with learning the material.


2. CodeHS :CodeHS is probably the best website to use by far. Though it can be hard it's repetition on all the lessons make it easier to grasb the content. CodeHS is the site that taught me everything I know and I would 100% recommened this to anybody who is just starting out in web design.


3. Adobe : Adobe is also a very helpful resource though its not a learning tool it is still very useful. Adobe allows you to create logos and banners easy and FREE! It's simple design makes it very easy to create your designs.
